WARNER, Clemet E.

Lost his left arm and was taken prisoner during the Civil War: Returned to Windsor after the war and became a member of the State Legislature. Granted a pension of $30 a month because of the loss of his right arm. Sick in Nashville, Tennessee, from 28 Jun 1863 and after 31 Oct 1863. Sick in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 29 Nov 1863. Furloughed to Wisconsin in 1864, "and has not been heard from since".
